Problem: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in 2022 was seeing record low numbers in sales and finance penetration.  This was due in part to a difficult and variable business landscape partnered with declining employee engagement and increased staff turnover.

 

Solution: MBFS Executives hired executive coaches to help further the development of their President.
